NANO PRO™ Metallographic Double Wheel Speed Adjustable Grinder/Polisher

NANOSSR offers a Metallographic Double Wheel Speed Adjustable Grinder/Polisher which is used for the preparation of samples from materials such as metals and non-metals for microstructure examination and analysis. The principle of the grinding and polishing machine involves the use of mechanical force and abrasive materials to remove surface defects, oxide layers, rust, and other substances from the sample. It also smooths and polishes the sample surface to enable microstructural observation.

                                  Main Features:

                                  PLC control: All grinding and polishing parameters such as rotating speed, grinding and polishing time, rotation direction, water valve closing, etc., which can be automatically saved.
                                  Touch screen interface: It is convenient to set grinding and polishing parameters, intuitive status display and simple operation.
                                  Four gear manual mode and eight sets of automatic modes: Stepless speed regulation setting can be realized for each grinding and polishing step.
                                  Water drop position can be adjusted: The water flow rate can be adjusted, and the water supply can be automatically started and stopped when grinding and polishing starts and ends.
